Overview

This policy explains what information Jackpot Passport ("we", "us") collects when you use our game and website, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information: if you use Sign in with Apple, we receive an account identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email (which may be an Apple private relay address). Guest play uses an anonymous identifier.

Game data: your coin balance, level, unlocked countries, missions and tournament results.

Purchases: if you buy optional coin packs, Apple processes the payment. We receive a transaction record, never your card details.

Device and usage data: device type, OS version, app version, crash reports and analytics events used to keep the game running smoothly.

How we use information

To run the game, save your progress, process in-app purchases, run tournaments and leaderboards, prevent cheating and fraud, provide support and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication, cloud data storage, analytics and crash reporting, and Apple for sign-in and payments. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account from the in-app settings or by emailing support@jackpotpassport.app; we then delete your personal data, except where we must keep records by law.

Children

Jackpot Passport is intended for adults 21 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to what's needed to operate the service.
